Job Description:

JMR Infotech follows a “Two-in-a-Box” model where Regional Director and Sales Ambassadors are involved in most if not every interaction with a Prospect / Customer.

Desired Skills:

 • Young dynamic person with 0-2 years Enterprise Sales, Research, Sales Support

 • Master’s degree with a focus on Sales and Marketing is desirable. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree with the right attitude and Marketing flair are always welcome.

 • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable interacting with CXO level employees of Fortune 1,000 institutions.

 • You are an organized, self-starter with a passion for finding solutions.

• You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done.

• You can prioritize and enjoy working in a quick-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

 • Research high-potential companies and identify key decision-makers to contact.

 • Initiate connects / conversations in new accounts and understand Prospect’s business needs and requirements.

 • Curate and improve lead lists. Research specific criteria for each contact (name, title, phone number, email address, potential interest areas, potential pain points)

• Readiness to travel on Sales visits in the region (up to 20 to 40% of the time)

• Activate new accounts in the region and increase market share from existing accounts in collaboration with Regional Directors

• Craft Sales Plays, (sales messaging and approach strategies tailored for leads) that Regional Directors can follow up on.

• Develop and nurture a Sales pipeline via CRM to manage accounts and account insight.

• Follow a 3-4-5 schedule – 3 days of client engagements, 4 days of client connections and preparations, and 5 days of learning and CRM updates every week.
