Job Role and Responsibilities:   

  1. Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels. 
  2. Will be responsible for meeting with Builders, Property Dealer for lead generation for home loan Sales 
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s 
  4. Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target. 
  5. Arrange loan events 
  6. Handle product queries and service issues. 
  7. Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients. 
  8. Ensure the achievement of given business targets. 
  9. Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue goals 
  10. Render post-sales service to customers. 
  11. Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business nos. 
  12. Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required 
  13. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory 

  

Desired Candidate Profile :   

  1. Prior sales experience of working in Banks/NBFCs/DSAs in the Home Loans, Mortgage and Loan against property products. 
  2. Good knowledge of Mortgage products and policies of various Banks  
  3. Proven sales experience and track record of over-achieving targets 
  4. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management 
  5. Computer use competency 
  6. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills 
  7. Self-motivated and driven 
  8. Any graduate or equivalent

SALARY BAND : 

              Min-21800 CTC, Take Home : 17000+incentives 

           Max-27400 CTC, Take Home : 23100+incentives
