Job Summary
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with the company’s services, offerings, and value proposition.
• Schedule discovery or technical meetings between qualified leads and the tech team.
• Maintain accurate records of lead status and interaction history in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the sales and tech teams to ensure timely follow-ups and handoffs.
• Provide regular updates on lead progress and suggest improvements in outreach strategies.
• Assist in drafting email templates, call scripts, and responses to common queries.
• Follow up with leads post-call to gather feedback and keep them engaged.

Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, tele calling, or inside sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic understanding of IT services or willingness to learn technical offerings.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and customer-first approach.
• Focused on producing results without being supervised
