Job Description:
Looking for an Agentic AI Developer experienced in building intelligent, LLM-integrated agents using
LangChain, Python, and vector databases. The ideal candidate will have experience building end-to-end
workflows for agents that can manage tasks like file handling, ticket creation, and information retrieval —
all while maintaining context and memory across sessions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver complete generative AI solutions, taking ownership of the entire development
lifecycle—from model conceptualization to deployment—ensuring high-quality, timely project
delivery.
• Drive LLM and LangChain adoption across business functions, spearheading the seamless
integration of large language models and LangChain into existing workflows to unlock business
value.
• Apply strong proficiency in Python and related tools to clean, structure, and transform data for
AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business challenges and architect generative AI
solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, frameworks, and software tools, integrating
them into ongoing projects as needed.
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and LangChain
• Proficient in building autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
• Strong Python skills with experience in FastAPI/Flask, asyncio, Pandas, and NumPy
• Experience implementing short-term and long-term conversational memory
• Skilled in using vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or Weaviate
• Capable of integrating external tools, APIs, and custom functions into LLM workflows
• Experience designing scalable, modular agent architectures
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration (LCEL, DAGs, or custom logic)
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker)
• Strong debugging, testing, and evaluation skills for AI agent behavior
