Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through outbound calls and other lead generation activities.
• Establish rapport and trust with potential clients by understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Effectively explain the benefits of opening a demat account and investing in the stock market.
• Present various investment options, including equities, mutual funds, and PMS, tailored to client needs.
• Guide clients through the account opening process and ensure a smooth on boarding experience.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their queries.
• Monitor client accounts and recommend suitable investment strategies for long term growth.
• Achieve individual and team targets for new account openings and trading activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and develop trust with clients. • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Good understanding of basic financial concepts and investment products.
• Passionate about personal finance and helping others achieve their financial goals.
