Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the architecture of products to design and build solutions that increase build times.
Define and design configuration management (CM) standards and processes, including
checkout/check-in, merge, build, and release procedures.
Comprehend product functionality in production and its deliverables structure.
Automate the migration of release packages between environments, with the ability to perform this task manually when needed.
Create standards and templates for release notes, including drafting release notes for each release.
Design and implement an audit process to ensure the integrity of the release package baseline, leading audits as necessary.
Review and improve existing configuration management processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Desired Skills:

Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure.
Extensive knowledge of DevOps tools and frameworks.
Experience in automating the migration of release packages between environments.
Proficient in deploying upgrades and fixes within production environments.
Familiarity with ITIL tasks, particularly using ServiceNow for Release and Change Management.
Expertise in disaster recovery, load-balancers, and high-availability cluster concepts.
Experience with scripting tools such as Shell, Python, or Perl.
Proficiency with source control revision tools like GIT, SVN, or equivalent.
