Job Description - 

Collection Executive is responsible for recovering outstanding payments, debts, or loans from clients while maintaining positive customer relationships and adhering to legal regulations.

Key tasks include contacting debtors via phone or email, negotiating repayment plans, resolving billing disputes, and maintaining accurate, detailed records of all transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Payment Recovery: Contacting clients regarding overdue accounts via telephone, email, or in-person visits to secure payments.

Developing, proposing, and negotiating payment plans and schedules wit Maintaining meticulous records of collections, customer interactions, and payment status in ERP or CRM systems.

Dispute Resolution: Identifying reasons for non-payment and resolving billing discrepancies or disputes.

Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly aging reports and updating management on collection targets.

Compliance: Ensuring all

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle difficult conversations and negotiations. accounts, credit profiles, and prepare aging report

 

Experience: Previous experience in credit & collections, debt recovery, or customer service Resilient, persuasive, detail-oriented, and capable of working
