Job Overview

Install fiber broadband connections at customer locations
Set up and configure ONU/ONT devices and WiFi routers
Ensure proper signal strength and network performance
Troubleshoot issues such as low speed, no connectivity, and device faults
Perform fiber splicing, jointing, and last-mile network rectification
Coordinate with NOC team for backend issues and service outages
Provide clear communication and professional customer support
Follow safety guidelines and maintain quality installation standards

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WiFi networking
Understanding of fiber optics (added advantage)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good customer handling and communication skills
Ability to work independently in field conditions

Eligibility:

B.E/B.Tech (any specialization)
0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
Willingness to travel for field service activities
