Job Overview

Their core responsibilities span designing, implementing, and securing Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and cloud-based systems to ensure seamless, highly available data flow

Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including routing, switching, and latency problems across fiber (FTTH) and wireless infrastructures.

Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively respond to s using network monitoring tools.

Configure, deploy, and maintain customer premise equipment (CPE), routers, switches, and other broadband hardware.

Interact directly with clients to diagnose connectivity issues, providing step-by-step technical assistance and ensuring rapid ticket resolution.

Escalate unresolvable Tier 2/3 faults to core network engineers while documenting diagnostic steps in the ticketing system.

Execute network provisioning, IP address management, and bandwidth configuration according to client service level agreements.

Collaborate with field technicians to coordinate on-site installations, cable splicing, and hardware replacements

.Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network availability, handling emergency outages and critical service disruptions.
