Job Summary

    • Handle daily branch administration activities.
    • Maintain basic accounts, billing entries, and payment records.
    • Follow up with customers for monthly bill payments.
    • Manage cash collection, invoices, and receipts.
    • Maintain customer data, documents, and service records.
    • Coordinate with the technical team for customer support updates.
    • Prepare daily/weekly reports and share with Head Office.
    • Assist in branch stock management (routers, ONU, accessories).
    • Handle calls, walk-in customers, and maintain front-desk operations.

    Skills Required

    • Basic accounting knowledge (billing, entries, receipts).
    • Good communication skills (Tamil essential).
    • Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Office, Billing software.
    • Good customer handling and follow-up ability.
    • Organized and responsible in branch administration.

    Eligibility

    • Qualification: Any Degree / B.Com preferred.
    • Experience: Fresher or Experienced can apply.
    • Female candidates only.
