Job Summary
- Handle daily branch administration activities.
- Maintain basic accounts, billing entries, and payment records.
- Follow up with customers for monthly bill payments.
- Manage cash collection, invoices, and receipts.
- Maintain customer data, documents, and service records.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customer support updates.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and share with Head Office.
- Assist in branch stock management (routers, ONU, accessories).
- Handle calls, walk-in customers, and maintain front-desk operations.
- Basic accounting knowledge (billing, entries, receipts).
- Good communication skills (Tamil essential).
- Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Office, Billing software.
- Good customer handling and follow-up ability.
- Organized and responsible in branch administration.
- Qualification: Any Degree / B.Com preferred.
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced can apply.
