Job Overview

Role: AI/ML Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions that drive innovation across our products and services. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to develop intelligent systems that leverage data, automation, and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.

Analyze large datasets, perform feature engineering, and implement data preprocessing pipelines.

Build and deploy end-to-end ML workflows, from experimentation to production.

Integrate models into cloud services, APIs, and existing software systems.

Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B tests, and iterate based on business needs.

Research and experiment with new ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools.

Collaborate cross-functionally to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain thorough documentation and follow best practices in version control, testing, and MLOps.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

Strong programming experience in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and model optimization techniques.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services.

Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
