Job Description:

As a Software Product Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our support team, helping our clients get the most out of our software products. You will be responsible for providing excellent technical and functional assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This is an entry-level position that offers comprehensive training and mentorship to help you develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond ly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing clear and concise solutions to their technical problems. You will be dealing with B2B customers as part of the support.
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software-related issues reported by customers. This may involve working closely with the development team to identify and address bugs or glitches.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our software products and their functionalities to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system. Create and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with product updates, new features, and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights and communicate them to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and product managers, to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for technology and a desire to build a career in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think analytically and logically.
  • Multitasking is your second nature, and you have a pro-active + Customer First mindset.
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts is a plus but not required.
