Job Role - AI/ ML Developer

Collaboration Opportunity | Hackathon to Hire – AI/ML & Gen AI

We are launching a Hackathon to Hire initiative for AI/ML & Generative AI roles and are looking to collaborate with training institutes, colleges, and learning partners who can help us connect with quality talent.

Hiring Focus:

1. Recent graduates (2025 & 2026 pass-outs)

2. Exposure to AI/ML / Generative AI.

3. Candidates with relevant internships or projects.

Work Location: Jaipur

We are looking to partner with institutes who: Have a strong pool of trained candidates in AI/ML / Gen AI. Can support with bulk candidate outreach.

Are open to collaborating for a Hackathon-based hiring model

This is a great opportunity for your students to participate in a structured hiring process and get placed in high-demand technology roles.

Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred

Bonus if you’ve worked on:

Chatbots / LLMs / OpenAI / LangChain

ML models or real-world datasets

Any GenAI-based projects

Selection Process:

Aptitude Test – 60 minutes

Programming/Coding Test – 30 minutes

Interviews – 3 rounds (Technical + Managerial)

Please note : The selection process will be conducted in an offline mode, and all shortlisted candidates are required to be physically present at our office premises for the interview.

Internship Duration - 6 Months
