Job Role - AI/ ML Developer

 

Job Location - Abhyankar Nagar, Nagpur 

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI/ML professional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful, real-world projects involving cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems while collaborating with a team of experts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop AI/ML applications as per project requirements and business goals.

Research and implement machine learning algorithms and tools or extend existing libraries / frameworks as needed.

Train ML models and/or fine-tune on custom data.

Work with the team, on the functional design, process, prototyping, and testing of AI/ML solutions.

Take ownership and drive results in an agile environment.

 

Skills:

Knowledge of deep learning - NLP, Speech or Computer Vision.

Knowledge of ML frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow.

Knowledge of developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).

Knowledge of writing robust code in Python with best practices.

Knowledge of REST API development, and high performance implementations.

Knowledge of working with cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Knowledge of basic algorithms and object-oriented design principles.

Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and DB schema design.

Knowledge of coding standards and git workflows.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

 

Qualifications:

Completed a graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and algorithms.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Work Location: In person

 

NOTE - First Six Month Internship  - Salary is 5000 Rs/ Month if the Candidate is Post Graduate then its a 7500 Rs/ Month after that next 2.6 Years full time Salary is 3 LPA To 4 LPA (Total 3 Year Bond)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or IT is the standard starting point. B.Tech in AI & ML
