      Job Description:

      •  This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly  sales targets and acquiring new customers through a defined marketing activities

      •  Prospecting for new customers through new clients (vendors) and maximizing lead generation

      •  Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated  leads

      • Tracking and reporting marketing performance including acquisition results and market  conditions. Should report to the immediate manager on daily basis

      • Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates

      •  Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls and compliance

      •  Overall in-charge of marketing function in the region covered by the base center

      •  Attending seminars in colleges/ conducting workshops for the college students

      •  Will have overall responsibility to collect relevant database from various sources

      •  Preparation and execution of monthly, half-yearly &  yearly marketing plans

      •  Ensure that Centre targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization

      • Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target

      •  Leaflet/ Handout Distribution, organizing stalls in colleges/ malls/ public places etc.
