About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee UI / Visual Designer (Figma Team) with a strong interest in creating visually engaging and user-friendly digital designs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on Figma. Good English communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interface layouts, screens, and components using Figma.
• Create visual assets such as icons, banners, mockups, and illustrations as per project requirements.
• Assist in maintaining design consistency across products by following brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to translate ideas into designs.
• Participate in design discussions and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, quick learner with a passion for visual design and digital products.

Good to Have

• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
• Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
• Exposure to prototyping or animation tools is a plus.
