Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Set up and configure printers, scanners, and webcams
• Maintain records of desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Tag and log new assets while onboarding.
• Set up new user systems with standard images
• Assist with password resets, user account management, and access permissions.
• Perform initial diagnostics and provide remote support to users.
• Log and track issues, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation.
• Support routine maintenance tasks like software installations and updates.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain documentation.
• Communicate clearly with end users to explain technical issues and solutions
• Monitor and the Zabbix and UptimeRobot events

Mandatory / Primary Skills:

• Windows/Linux Desktop/Laptop, Networking,
• An integral part of a 24-hour support roster to provide 24x7 support to the designated users.
• support policies and function configuration builds to allow implementation of projects.

Desired Characteristics

IT Experience: Fresher

Academic / Other Qualifications required: any science degree.
