Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in network engineering or related fields. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in network design, implementation, and maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and support of network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP
- Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company�s security team
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
