With an in-house CRM/ERP solution, we are expanding our team and seeking curious, problem-solving developers who don’t just code but understand business logic, scalability, and real-world user experiences.

Who We’re Looking For:

We need a Junior PHP Developer with 1-2 years of working experience who:

 Knows PHP and understands the CodeIgniter framework

 Has a solid grasp of MySQL databases and can optimize queries

 Can troubleshoot and debug efficiently, even under pressure

 Is curious, eager to learn, and adapts quickly to new technologies

 Thinks beyond the code—focusing on functionality, UX, and performance

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, enhance, and maintain our in-house CRM/ERP system

 Write clean, scalable, and well-documented PHP code

 Design and manage database structures using MySQL

 Optimize application performance and write efficient queries

 Debug and troubleshoot issues in live and test environments

 Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate RESTful APIs

 Work closely with system admins and network engineers to ensure seamless system integrations  Stay up-to-date with PHP best practices, security updates, and performance improvements Must-Have Skills & Experience:

 1-2 years of hands-on experience with PHP development

 Strong knowledge of CodeIgniter (or similar MVC frameworks)

 Solid understanding of MySQL, database indexing, and query optimization

 Experience working with AJAX, jQuery, and JavaScript

 Knowledge of security best practices in PHP Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

 Experience with Laravel or Symfony

 Good grasp of RESTful API development & integrations

 Familiarity with Git version control and Linux environments

 Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments

 Some knowledge of server management, DNS, or networking basics
