About the Role

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across IT and business functions to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, ensuring platform best practices and alignment with ITSM/ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM) using Studio, App Engine, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Develop scoped applications, custom tables, forms, UI policies/actions, client scripts, server-side scripts (Glide API), business rules, and notifications.

Build and maintain catalog items, record producers, and workflows (Flow Designer).

Integrations & Data

Implement and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.

Design data models, import sets, transform maps, and manage CMDB (classes, relationships, discovery/normalization).

Platform Governance

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security (ACLs, RBAC).

Maintain update sets, source control, environment promotion, and versioning.
