Executive - (I Connect ) Line Operations Full-Time

1.Manage iConnect mailbox

  • Review and manage all cases (Issues, Concerns, Feedback, Queries, Requirements) received from Pilots and ensure closure.
  • Assign cases amongst Managers as per base of the Pilot.

2.    Manage Pilot Tracker

·      End to end management of application.

·   Work with Fleet Supervisors, Resolvers, Depts. (Teams), IT to troubleshoot any technical or training issue in the application.

·      Collect and format data from Fleet Supervisors and upload cases in tracker and get 'Happy' data uploaded (Bulk Upload) in tracker by IT team.

·      Data collation & reporting.

·      Work with IT team [internal / external (vendor)] for changes, upgrade & resolution of technical issues.

·      Maintain and update pilots' assignment to each Fleet Supervisor pan India. Work with Fleet Supervisors requiring help with feedback (bulk) upload.

·      Close cases in tracker.

3.    Allocation of Leadership Pilots

·      Assignment of pilots to Fleet Supervisors intra & inter bases.

4.    Data Analysis

·      Data collation and reporting on transportation.

·      Review of audits done by Fleet Coordinators, Line Ops team members on cab. Raise the findings with Admin Transport team to get them resolved.

5.    Pilot Interaction

·      Interaction with Pilots at Dispatch offices (T2 & T3), Mails & Messages. Help them in resolving queries, issues, requirement & updates.

6.    Manage Senior Captain Upgrade

·      Check flying hours data of pilots to ensure they are meeting the Qualification Requirements (QRs) for upgrade.

·      Review CA 39, logbook page(s), Employment Agreement for checking eligibility.

7.    Transaction Tracker

·      Data compilation of Upgrades, Downgrades, Salary Increments (ATR pilots), Base Relocations & Line Releases.

8.    Maintaining Pilot Head Count Report

·      Data Input, Maintenance, Updation & Reporting on Weekly, Monthly, Adhoc requirements received from leadership.

9.    Maintaining Attrition Data

·      Analyze the no. of attrition and the reason for exit.

10. Manage Pilot Contact List

·      Data Input, Maintenance, Updation - Contact number, Base, Designation, Management / Leadership Designation, Official Mail ID, EGCA ID, Aircraft etc.

11. Manage Pilots Base Specific DL

·      Shift mail ids of pilots due to permanent relocations / shift in base.

·      Secondary IRR on Airbus & ATR base DLs.

12. Customer Care Feedback

·      Investigation and closure of complaints and feedback received from the Passengers.

13. Manage and Updation of Dept Org chart

·      Get changes made in Flight Ops Org Chart by IT team.

14. Maintain Task and Initiative for Leadership Pilots

·      Data collation and reporting of Fleet Supervisor Initiatives, Task Assigned, CSR Activities & Task Force.

15. Manage Internal F&F Clearance

·      Initiate mails to Line Ops team members for confirmation about submission of Company ID Card, AEP, iPad, Flight Bag & Uniform.
