**Roles and Responsibilities for B2B Sales:**

1. Engage with parents through phone calls and ensure their children participate in Olympiad/assessment.

2. Display strong communication skills to effectively convey information.

3. Achieve daily targets set for lead generation.

4. Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional roles.

5. Proficiency in a south regional language is desirable.                                                                                                                                       

6. Compensation: INR 10,000 + INR 4,000 variable (in hand)
