Roles and responsibility:

● Aligning new students with respective batches to start classes

● Optimize batches to maintain optimal batch strength

● Tracking students unavailability for sessions and connecting with parents for action

● Resolve internal queries received by teachers and from the customer success team

● Connecting with parents for realignment of batches on request

● Ensure all day to day task are completed and recorded

● Maintain Data flow across different operational tracker

● Coordinate with different departments for operations alignment

● Regular connect with student who are absent for classes

 

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree

● Excellent customer service skills

● Strong conflict resolution skills

● Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

● Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

● Empathy and patience

● Advanced organizational skills

● Strong with Data management and Google Spreadsheets

 

Other details:

Job location – Bangalore

Mode of work – Work from Office

Working days – 6 days a week

Stipend – 15,000 per month

Duration – 6 months
