We are looking for a highly motivated Oracle PPM Functional Consultant (Fresher) to join our team and support project management and financial processes within the Oracle ERP environment. This role is ideal for candidates from Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Management, or Project Management backgrounds who are eager to build a career in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

As a fresher, you will receive training to work with key Oracle PPM modules such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Financial Management, Project Control, and Grants/Tasks Management. Your responsibilities will include assisting in business requirement gathering, documenting end‑to‑end project processes, supporting configuration activities, preparing test scripts, and participating in SIT and UAT cycles. You will also help analyze project‑related issues, track defects, and provide support during project execution under team guidance.

This role provides strong exposure to project‑based accounting, budgeting, billing, cost allocation, and resource management, offering excellent long‑term career growth in ERP consulting.

Required Skills (Fresher Level)
