Job Overview

1. System Configuration & Implementation

Configure ERP/software systems (e.g., TCS iON ERP, SAP, Zoho, or similar) based on business workflows
Translate operational SOPs into system workflows and automation rules
Customize modules such as Procurement, Production Planning, Inventory & Cold Storage, Shipment & Export Documentation, and Accounts & Payment Tracking
Maintain system documentation, including configuration settings and process flows

2. Business Process Mapping

Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Design end-to-end workflows aligned with business KPIs
Ensure the system accurately reflects real-time operational scenarios

3. Data Management & Reporting

Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management review and decision-making
Configure real-time tracking of key metrics, including:
- Stock levels
- Production output
- Shipment status
- Payment follow-ups

4. Integration & Optimization

Integrate ERP systems with third-party tools such as logistics platforms, accounting systems, and CRM solutions
Optimize system performance and eliminate redundancies
Ensure scalability to support future business expansion
