Objective: Accelerate product delivery and reduce dependency on a limited backend core team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain REST APIs using Laravel 11 with modern PHP 8+ patterns.

• Design and implement multi-tenant SaaS architecture and modular backend services.

• Develop and manage queue systems (Redis / Horizon / SQS) for async jobs and background tasks.

• Optimize SQL queries, caching, and data models for high-performance APIs.

• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for seamless delivery and deployments.

• Maintain Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and follow PSR standards.

Core Skills

• Laravel 10/11, PHP 8+, MySQL / PostgreSQL

• REST APIs, JSON, Swagger / Postman

• Queues, Events, Jobs (Redis, Horizon, RabbitMQ)

• Multi-tenant SaaS experience

• Docker, Supervisor, CI/CD workflows

• Strong debugging and optimization mindset

Candidates who are applying from other locations must be willing to relocate to Pune and must work from office.
