      Job Overview

      • Drive sales of Hexagon, BricsCAD, AFT, and Nemetschek software solutions in the assigned territory of North India.
      • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
      • Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, technical coordination, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
      • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and consultants.
      • Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations.
      • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
      • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM .
      • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
      • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical ) or equivalent. MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
      • 3-5 years of experience in B2B technical/software sales, preferably in CAD, CAE, or Engineering Solutions.
      • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
      • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Familiarity with EPC workflows and design processes will be an advantage
