Job Summary

    Position: Assistant Manager (Male)
    Location: Nagpur
    Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role
    Qualification: Any Graduate

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    •Manage and oversee day-to-day sales activities in the assigned area.

    •Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets.

    •Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives/Business Development Executives.

    •Develop and implement strategies to increase property sales and client base.

    •Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and direct clients.

    •Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.

    •Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.

    •Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution of deals.

    •Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries, concerns, and post-sales support.

    •Prepare and present periodic sales reports to senior management.

     

    Skills & Competencies:

    •Strong leadership and people management skills.

    •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

    •In-depth knowledge of real estate sales, channel partner management, and market dynamics.

    •Target-driven with strong business acumen.

    •Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    •Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

     

    Key Requirements:

    •Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    •Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

    •Strong local market knowledge and network.
