Position - Business Development Manager (Franchisee Acquisition)

 

Role - B2B Sales

 

CTC offered - Upto 4-5 Lacs

 

Job Description :

  • Generating offline leads through own source.
  • Acquisition of potential new franchisee through online lead.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing franchisees and generating Referral leads through them.
  • Post Sales service for first 3 months i.e. KYC acquisition and ensuring franchisee activation.
  • Delivering Outstanding customer experience in terms of pre sales and post service.

Desired Candidate Profile : 

  • Aggressive and confident with sound equity knowledge, ready to do field job
  • Good/Average communication skills and presentation are a prerequisite
  • Looking for Hiring Self Motivated, willing to learn New Products, Process and must be enthusiastic for Sales and Business Development 
  • Candidate from stock broking/Insurance industry preferred.
