    Freshers & Experience (Graduate except B.Tech): Upto 16k

    About the Role We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Airline Process team.
    In this role, you’ll be the voice of the Banking—assisting customers over the phone with their Banking-related inquiries and ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and memorable.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone for banking and financial services.
    • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related questions.
    • Efficiently and accurately resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and departmental goals.

    Candidate Requirements
    • 0-1 years of experience in customer support, with a preference for candidates from the banking or financial services industry.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
