About the Role We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Airline Process team.
In this role, you’ll be the voice of the airline—assisting customers over the phone with their travel-related inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and changes, ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Provide timely and precise information to customers.
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Undergraduate (any stream).
- Prior customer service experience (BPO or similar) preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to handle queries and complaints professionally.
- Proficient computer skills and good typing speed.
- Strong call handling etiquette and customer-first mindset.
