Looking for the following attributes: • Should have good communications skills (Oral & written) • Experience in End-to-end recruitment • Experience in bulk hiring • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs • Screening resumes • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates • Administering appropriate company assessments • Performing reference and background checks • Following up on the interview process status • Maintaining relationships both internally and candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved • Proven work experience as a IT Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency) • Commitment towards the job. • Excellent interpretation skills. • Excellent mailing etiquette. • Pro-active and collaborative. • Good negotiation skills. • Good analytical skills.
