Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Punjab, India. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves planning production schedules, supervising shop floor staff, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include monitoring production efficiency, managing workforce allocation, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and identifying process improvements to enhance productivity. The supervisor will also handle reporting, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing unit.
