I G Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Punjab. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will manage employee records, oversee onboarding and offboarding activities, and maintain accurate HR documentation.

Key responsibilities include administering employee benefits, managing HR information systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with applicable labor and employment laws. The candidate will also assist in implementing HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting HR management in various administrative and strategic initiatives.

The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. A strong understanding of HR practices and compliance standards is essential. Candidates with prior experience in an on-site HR role will be preferred.
