Role Description
We are seeking a GEM Portal & Tender Manager to join our team in Mohali, Punjab. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a candidate with expertise in government tenders and GEM portal operations. The selected candidate will manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant opportunities, preparing and submitting high-quality tenders, ensuring compliance with government regulations, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records. The role is critical in securing government contracts and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities on the GEM portal.
- Draft, review, and submit tenders in compliance with government requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and inputs.
- Upload documents and manage submissions on the GEM portal.
- Track tender timelines, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain organized records of all tender-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations throughout the tendering process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in managing GEM portals and government tender submissions.
- Strong understanding of compliance and documentation requirements for government procurement.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and document management systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability to ensure accurate submissions.
- Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing project demands.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in tender management, procurement, or administrative roles related to government contracts.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A) - Any Specialization
