Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst – Workday Finance with hands-on experience in Workday Financials implementation, configuration, integrations, reporting, and support.

The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to support finance transformation initiatives and enterprise financial operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Support Workday Financials modules including P2P, R2R, C2C, AP, AR, GL, Procurement, Expenses, and Inventory.

Assist in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and third-party applications.

Participate in data migration, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.

Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides.

 

Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Python, and Advanced Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, or related field.

Knowledge of Workday Financials implementation/support experience and Python software

Workday Certification preferred.

 

Exposure to ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft is an added advantage.
