The founders Nishith Parikh, Rajkumar Kewat and Raj Nair are alumni of IIT Bombay. In the past We have designed Baja Racing Cars for Baja Racing, Kamikaze Drones for the DRDO, home automation systems (patented), an award-winning solar lamp and more.

We have designed, developed and launched the world’s first diamond frame folding electric bicycle.  We have 4 patents and are one of the few companies in India to actually have in-house design, R&D, fabrication and paint systems. We are based out of Hyderabad.

We have marquee investors, like Mr. Anand Mahindra (Chairman – Mahindra Group), pioneers of the Indian IT sector, a celebrity, supply chain and analytics experts and have also appeared and raised an investment from Shark Tank India, Season 2.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hornback is seeking for a motivated Tele Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Tele Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for initiating sales calls, engaging potential customers, and closing deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

 

   RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to promote products/services.

 2. Achieve monthly sales targets.

3. Provide excellent customer service.

4. Document sales activities in CRM system.

5. Stay updated on product knowledge.

 

QUALIFICATION:  

Bachelor’s degree.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Fluent in Hindi and English.

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3. Previous tele sales experience preferred.

4. Ability to work independently and in a team.
