      Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (0.6–2 Years Experience)

      We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our IT support team. The candidate will be responsible for providing efficient technical assistance to end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems and IT infrastructure.

      Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. The role involves resolving hardware and software issues, managing operating systems (Windows/Mac), handling user accounts, and supporting basic networking (LAN/WAN, IP configuration). The candidate will also respond to incidents through ticketing tools, maintain IT assets, and ensure timely issue resolution with minimal downtime.

      The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a customer-centric mindset. A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with remote support tools, antivirus solutions, and ITIL processes is an added advantage.
