- Sales & Customer Engagement: Meeting with potential customers to explain Bank home loan products, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable loan options.
- Lead Generation: Prospecting for new customers through direct marketing, field visits, and relationship management.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meeting monthly sales targets for home loans and related financial products.
- Loan Application Management: Guiding customers through the loan application process, including documentation, eligibility profiling, and managing objections.
- Process & Documentation: Ensuring appropriate processes are followed and documents are collected and checked for the loan application.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
- Coordination: Working with various departments to ensure smooth and timely loan processing and disbursement.
