Job Summary

  • Key Responsibilities:

      • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to potential customers ("suspects") and identifying sales opportunities for various financial products. Sales Closure: Converting leads into customers by effectively presenting products and services, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase. 
      • Customer Service: Providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining good customer relationships throughout the sales process. 
      • Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Bank financial products, policies, and competitor offerings to effectively serve customers. 
      • Sales Target Achievement: Working to achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and loan closures. 
      • Collaboration: Working with the sales team and senior sales resources to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to conversion rates. 
      • Process Adherence: Following company guidelines, adhering to sales processes, and maintaining call and business productivity parameters.
