Job description for L1 Software Support:
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Assist users with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution, including software installation, account setup, and system configuration.
- Collaborate with other support team members to share knowledge, best practices, and solutions.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their support tickets and resolution progress.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through any self-course or internal training.
