We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Trainee to support project planning, execution, and coordination. The role requires strong client communication skills, good technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with internal teams in an on-site work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and timelines

Communicate with clients to gather requirements and share updates

Assist project managers with documentation, reporting, and scheduling

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

Track project progress and report issues or delays

Maintain project records, reports, and status updates

Participate in client meetings and internal discussions

Requirements

MBA preferred (Freshers can apply)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be comfortable with client communication

Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of IT / project management tools

Good organizational and time-management skills

Willingness to learn and work in an on-site setup
