Job Location - CST Fort
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Growth Consultant to drive revenue through effective customer engagement and high-value deal closures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in B2C sales, and the ability to handle high ticket size transactions confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Pitch products/services effectively to drive high-value conversions
- Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools
- Use autodialers to manage outbound calling efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in B2C inside sales, especially with high ticket size products/services
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and auto dialers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Confident, smart, and target-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in industries like EdTech, Real Estate, BFSI, or Luxury Sales
