Skills Required
Assist senior sales engineers in preparing and delivering technical presentations and proposals.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
Generate leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned territories or accounts.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production) to ensure smooth order execution.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis and track competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Basic technical understanding of products (engineering/industrial/products knowledge)
Client handling and CRM tools knowledge
Qualification
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Any Specialization
