We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer (Fresher) to support our sales team in driving business growth. The role involves assisting senior sales engineers in preparing technical presentations and proposals, understanding client requirements, and suggesting suitable solutions. The candidate will support pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations and client meetings, while also generating leads and contributing to sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, preparing and delivering proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams like design and production for smooth execution. The role also requires negotiating with clients, closing sales, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will conduct market research, track competitor activities, and maintain CRM records with regular reporting of sales performance and forecasts. Strong communication, negotiation skills, basic technical knowledge, and familiarity with CRM tools are essential for success in this role.
