We are looking for a dynamic and trend-savvy Fashion Consultant to provide personalized styling advice and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion, excellent communication skills, and a passion for apparel retail.

=� Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting apparel based on their preferences, body type, and occasion
Provide styling advice, mix-and-match suggestions, and fashion recommendations
Stay updated with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and new arrivals
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement
Coordinate with store team for promotions, offers, and campaigns
Maintain knowledge of fabrics, fits, and garment care
<� Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in Fashion Designing, Retail, or related field (preferred)
1–5 years of experience in apparel retail or fashion consulting
Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
