  • About the Role:-

    We are looking for a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform to enhance IT and business workflows.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer, configure, and architect ServiceNow platform solutions.
    • Implement and support modules including SPM, CMDB, FSM, WSD, ITSM, and ITOM.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into technical designs and workflows.
    • Support integrations with external systems and maintain system performance.
    • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
    • Provide ongoing support, upgrades, and platform enhancements.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • 1+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Admin or Developer.
    • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM modules.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation.
    • ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
