Job Summary
- Administer, configure, and architect ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Implement and support modules including SPM, CMDB, FSM, WSD, ITSM, and ITOM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical designs and workflows.
- Support integrations with external systems and maintain system performance.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Provide ongoing support, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Admin or Developer.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation.
- ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
