Business Development Executive

Job Overview

Job Title : Technical Business Development Executive  

Role Description :
Looking for a Technically sound Business Development Executive who is willing to travel across India to meet the clients , understand their requirements , promote our sensors for business growth .

Responsibilities :
   1) Visit customers across various regions in India on a periodic basis.

   2) Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into orders.

   3) Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

    5) Understand customer requirements related to temperature sensors, thermocouples, RTDs etc

    5) Identify customer pain points on-site and provide appropriate solutions

    6) Interact with customers on technical issues and ensure proper product recommendation.

    7) Track and analyse performance metrics to refine strategies

    8) Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely submission and conversions.

    9) Collect periodic customer feedback and implement corrective actions as needed

 

 

Qualifications :

    1) Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.

    2) Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn temperature sensor technology.

    3) Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic mechanical concepts.

    4) Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

    5) Willingness to travel extensively across India.

    6) Experience 1-3 Years .
