      Key Responsibilities

       

      Lead Generation & Prospecting

      Identify and qualify potential clients across MNCs, GCCs, OEMs, ITES, BFSI, and manufacturing sectors. Build and manage a targeted lead pipeline for ITAD buyback, e-waste recycling, EPR, and ESG compliance projects using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and internal databases.

       

      Client Engagement & Sales

      Pitch client's services including IT asset buyback, secure data destruction, recycling, EPR compliance, and ESG reporting to corporate procurement, facilities, and sustainability teams. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to demonstrate operational and compliance capabilities. Prepare proposals, quotations, and SLAs in coordination with operations and compliance teams. Negotiate and close deals in line with monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

       

      Account Management

      Manage existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for pickups, documentation, and timely delivery of certifications such as CoD, CoR, data wiping, and ESG reports. Ensure post-service support and customer satisfaction.

       

      Reporting & Market Development

      Maintain accurate updates of leads, opportunities, and conversions in the ERP/CRM system. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue. Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments related to e-waste, EPR, and ESG.

       

      Key Skills & Qualifications

      Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. B2B sales experience, preferably in IT hardware, ITAD, recycling, sustainability, or logistics domains. Working knowledge of compliance standards such as R2v3, CPCB, ISO, and ESG is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital outreach platforms.

       

      Education & Experience

      Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.

       

      Compensation

      Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives and travel allowance as per company policy.
