Responsibilities:
1. Branding Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to strengthen the hospital's brand identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials, both digital and print.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to refine branding approaches.
2. Marketing Collateral:
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, pamphlets, posters, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and informative content.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Manage the hospital's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Produce engaging and relevant content for digital channels.
4. Public Relations:
- Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets and respond to media inquiries.
- Draft press releases and coordinate media events.
- Handle crisis communication situations effectively.
5. Internal Communication:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep staff informed and engaged.
- Facilitate communication workshops and training sessions for hospital employees.
6. Community Engagement:
- Organize and support community outreach events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with local organizations and community leaders to strengthen community ties.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding and communication initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
· Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in branding and communications, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting preffered.
· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
